How much is the shipping and handling for electric or gas scooters?
The shipping and handling fee for electric or gas scooter is usually $69.99/ scooter or more or less   variable rate for ordering in U.S only. 

How long does it take to receive the scooters?
It depends on the areas but usually 5 to 7 bussiness days after the payment method is verified.

How can I get the warranty service?
You can either contact the manufacturer for the service or contact powerboard store for service.  Ask powerboard store for details.

How many miles will a GT scooter go on a full charge? 
Up to 8 miles (15 for a Fusion) per charge on level ground. 

How many hours will the scooter run on a full charge? 
Up to 1 hour of average use er charge on level ground 

What is the top speed of the scooter? 
Up to 15 M. P. H. on level ground 

Can I ride my scoter in wet conditions? 
Yes, the Electro Drive System has a sealed motor and controller and will not normally be damaged by rain or snow. Do not operate your scooter with any part of the scooter submerged in water. 

Warning: Operating your scoter in wet or snowy conditions as greatly increases stopping distances and very significantly reduces traction and handling. Use extreme caution whenever riding in the wet. 

What is the maximum weight limit of my scooter? 
One person up to 250lbs 

How often should I recharge my batteries? 
You should recharge your batteries after every ride. Your batteries like to have a full charge. Make sure to put a full charge on your batteries before you store your scooter for any extended period. This will help prolong your battery life. 

How long should it take to charge a fully charged battery? 
4-5 hours with standard 2amp chargers 
2-3 hours with optional 5 amp chargers 

What is the length of the warranty? 
Frame = 180 days 
Motor and Drive = 180 days 
Batteries = 180 days prorated 33-1/3% monthly after the first 90 days 
Rubber = No warranty on tubes or tires 
Freight and Labor = No warranty 

Where would I purchase additional parts if they were needed, such as batteries or an extra charger? 
Additional parts can be obtained directly from your scooter retailer. If they do not have an item you want you can contact Customer Service at 1-800-416-4127 

Where can I get replacement tires and tubes? 
The 12 1/2 by 2 1/4 tires and tubes are commonly available at local scooter retailer, local bicycle stores and mass merchant retailers. If you can not find replacement tires or tubes locally, you can order them directly from Customer Service at 1-800-416-4127 

What is the proper amount of air pressure for the tires? 
40 psi (pounds per square inch) 

How often should the chain need to be adjusted? 
The chain tensioner should be adjusted after the first 50-75 miles of use, as the chain will stretch during this period. Thereafter, adjust the tensioner to take up the slack of the chain for a smoother, quieter ride. Be certain not to make the chain too tight 

How often should the chain be lubricated? What is the best lubricant to use? 
Lubricate the chain as often as you want with any quality chain tube. The more you do, the longer your chain will last. While not necessary to lubricate after every ride, once or twice a month will prolong the life of the chain,
